Account Deletion

We respect your right to delete your account and data at any time.

Option 1: Delete from the App

  1. Open the cumie app on your device.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to astrazenith.ent@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
  2. Include the email address or username associated with your cumie account so we can locate it.
  3. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account information (email, username, password hash).
  • Your profile and preferences (communication style, interests, onboarding data).
  • All partner profiles you created (names, personality data, interests, relationship information).
  • Saved AI coach conversation history.
  • Custom phrase libraries.
  • AI-generated photos stored on our servers.
  • Usage statistics and analytics linked to your account.

What Is Not Affected

  • App Store subscription: Deleting your cumie account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions before or after deleting your account.
  • Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service improvement.
  • Legal obligations: Certain data may be retained if required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion via the app is processed immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Once deletion is complete, your data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have saved any information you need before requesting deletion.
