Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the cumie mobile application ("App") provided by AstraZenith ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use cumie. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you may not use the App under any circumstances.

• You must create an account to use cumie. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

cumie is an AI-powered dating communication assistant that provides:

• AI-generated reply suggestions based on text or screenshot inputs.
• AI dating coach conversations for personalized relationship advice.
• Conversation topic suggestions tailored to your matches.
• AI-generated profile photos in various styles and settings.
• Partner profile management for personalized recommendations.
• Smart keyboard phrase libraries.

The App is a tool to assist with communication. cumie does not guarantee specific outcomes in your personal relationships.

5.1 Free and Paid Tiers

cumie offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription tiers (Premium and Platinum) with enhanced functionality. Feature availability and usage limits for each tier are described in the App.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are managed via your Apple ID account.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable subscription rate.

5.3 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after the change is announced.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Use cumie to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person.
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or promotes violence.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliations.
• Use the App to generate content that is deceptive or intended to manipulate others in harmful ways.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its AI systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App or its services.
• Circumvent usage limits, subscription restrictions, or other technical measures.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

• All suggestions, advice, conversation starters, and images generated by cumie are AI-generated and provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• AI-generated content should not be considered professional relationship counseling, psychological advice, or any other form of professional service.
• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content, including any messages you send to other people based on cumie's suggestions.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
• AI-generated photos are for personal use only. You may use them for your own dating profiles but may not sell, license, or commercially distribute them.

• The App, including its design, code, AI models, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by AstraZenith and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App (text, images, profile information).
• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our written consent.

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
• We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We are not responsible for the actions of other users or third parties with whom you interact as a result of using the App.
• cumie is a communication tool, not a matchmaking service. We make no guarantees about relationship outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstraZenith and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstraZenith and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Any content you submit to or generate through the App.

• You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us at astrazenith.ent@gmail.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei, Taiwan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AstraZenith regarding the use of cumie and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
